The TEXTaiLES project took part in Museum Night 2025 at the Textilmuseum St. Gallen, captivating more than 1,000 visitors with its innovative approach to connecting artificial intelligence and textile heritage. 

Exploring AI in the Textile Library: 

The Textilmuseum St. Gallen team showcased the application of AI technologies in the study and analysis of historical textiles at the museum’s Textile Library. Through interactive discussions and visual demonstrations, visitors discovered how digital tools can uncover hidden details, patterns, and materials, offering new perspectives on Europe’s textile heritage. 

The enthusiasm and curiosity of the audience reflected a growing public interest in how digital innovation can deepen our understanding of cultural heritage.
